Privacy Policy
CampaignStreams B.V. ("CampaignStreams", "we", "our") is the data controller for the information you share with us through campaignstreams.com. This policy sets out what we hold, why we hold it, and the rights the GDPR gives you over it.
What we hold
What you give us. When you ask for a teardown, brief a project or get in touch, you may share your name, work email, brand name and the website or sending domain you would like us to look at. We only ask for what we need to reply usefully.
What we record automatically. Like most sites, ours logs basic technical data - your IP address, device and browser, the pages you view and where you arrived from. We gather this through the cookies and similar tools described in our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send the teardown or proposal you asked for.
- To answer your questions and deliver work we have agreed.
- To keep the site running, secure and a little better each month.
- To send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from in one click.
- To meet our own legal and accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases
Because we are based in the Netherlands, the GDPR applies to everything we do. We rely on your consent for marketing, on our legitimate interest in running and promoting a design studio, and on the performance of a contractwhen we work together. Where we rely on consent, you can take it back at any time.
Who else sees it
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors that help us operate - for example our email, hosting and analytics providers - each bound by a data-processing agreement to use it solely on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it or as part of a business transfer.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of our processors are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses so your information keeps an equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep it
We hold your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@campaignstreams.com. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority - in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Keeping it safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is ever perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take it seriously.
Children
Our work is for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

When this policy changes, we will post the new version here and refresh the date above.
